Artwork Requirements:
To avoid extra charges and time delays, please follow these instructions carefully.
Electronic Artwork: Must be black and white with no halftones, screens or shading. Must be accompanied by a fax copy of the artwork. Artwork that does not meet factory requirements for black and
and white camera ready art will be billed at $ 93.75 (g) per hour to clean up artwork, change or eliminate halftones (when possible), 1/2 hour minimum. Halftones and very fine or intrticate detail cannot be used for
foilstamping.
Preferred Formats: .eps, .cdr, .ai, .pdf (ALL FORMATS convert to outlines).
Size of Artwork: Indicate if artwork is “to size”. If not to size, indicate what the finished size should be
(i.e. 4" wide). Factory will enlarge or reduce artwork at no charge. When the maximum imprint area is requested, or when size is not specified, facotry will determine size for best imprint.
Typesetting Charges: A charge of $ 31.25 (g) applies for straight-line copy.
Imprinting Information:
Layout: If layout/location is not supplied, factory will use its best judgment and imprint will be in standard location.
Personalization: Personalizations are normally stamped before item is assembled. If item is personalized after being assembled, factory is not responsible. If the factory is at fault with a misspelling you will receive a credit for that piece or replacement with a new order. There is a processing fee of $ 31.25 (g) and a setup charge of $ 31.25 (g) for less than 10 names in addition to the run charge per piece each time.

Changes to Orders: Changes to orders already in production will result in a delayed shipment. The
charge for changing an order that is in production is $ 31.25 (g) plus the cost of any work that must be redone. This includes changes in quantity, item or imprint. No changes to order can be made within 48 hours of shipment.

Minimums: In most cases less than minimums will not be honored. Please call before. If less than minimums are accepted, a charge will apply.
